At Canine Comforts, we stand behind every product we curate. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 365 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

- Items must be in unused, undamaged condition
- Original packaging must be included where possible
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Refund Options We offer the following resolutions:
- Full refund to your original payment method — processed within 1–2 business days on our end; please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card issuer
- Store credit (processed within 5-7 business days)
- Exchange for an equal or lesser value item
Non-Returnable Items
- Items marked as final sale
- Items showing signs of heavy use, damage, or missing parts not due to a manufacturing defect
Defective or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right immediately — no questions asked.
